African Police Poem by JOHN THE GIFTED HANDS

African Police

African police
Born on a summer day
You can be the best history
And not the wayward misery
Disbelieve the proved black man Black sense with no common sense
So when you wear your khaki and you go to war
Remember we are your friends
And picture our souls like your wife and wine before you point at us
And this will make us smile with hope when we see you oh sergeant
