Aftermath
'Through thick and thin; '
That's the promise we make,
Standing face to face,
Our future lives at stake.
The day is far,
That much I can tell,
But 'through thick and thin, '
Is something we know too well.
Day after day
It can seem like a war,
And yet time and time again,
We go back for more.
But through it all
We come back together,
Bound by our feelings,
Our love that lasts forever.
