Again. Poem by Craig H. Stewart

Again.

Again, I find a wanderer,
Back turned against the shore,
I wonder if she knows the face,
I wore some time before? ,

Effervescent Apple Fizz,
Fills up my racing mind,
The touch of tender fingers, dancing,
Destined souls entwined,

A wish from ember-ed memory,
To feel that fire once more,
We wrote our names between the stars,
Then shook them to the floor,

I find myself remembering,
Sweet Heather Blossom Hair,
The wistful, tender parting smile,
Oh, I long to be back there,

Again.
