Aged Hands Poem by Tracy Hedrick

Aged Hands

Ridges, intertwined-
a road map of life.
Experience, defined
by channels
well traveled.
Each crevice speaks
the untold
in quiet tongue.
Wisdom displayed
in fables recorded
by aged hands.

Hands do tell us so much about a person....the lines and crevices should be embraced and regarded. I like the line, 'the untold in quiet tongue.'
