POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is actually my first attempt at a Haiku. When I set out to write it, I wanted to write about the first thing that popped into my head. I din't have any preconceived thoughts on the matter, Christ and how alive and sorrowful I feel simultaneously when receiving Him in the Holy Communion just shot out on to the paper, thus Agnus Saguinem was penned.
