Agony Of The Past Poem by Reinz Acasio

Agony Of The Past

As the night turns darker
The moon shines brighter
The ocean waves deeper
The earth glows longer

Her agony doesn’t last
Cause she always reminds her past
Thinking about some reason
That seldom exists every season

She has a son
But left by a man
Cause somebody robs
The person she loves

Every beat of her heart
Puts her in the dark
It seems to lose her consciousness
In seeking the brightness

There comes a trice
She comprehends it has no price
In expecting that person
But it teaches her a lesson.
