You were a curse,
Destined to end in hurt and remorse
As a wrecking Ball, crushing me
And breaking every bone,
Bruising and tearing me apart.
A pleasant wound you left,
Engraved deep within
Little do you know how I melt
Everytime it echos of how I felt.
Those days I still regret.
The pain I dealt,
The breakdowns of Guilt...
Why fate thou be unfair?
What hate thou hast for me
I be mere dust and bones
Now crushed to death by days agone.
A torment that still haunts me
It hurts to know that you're near,
But in the end, you're not.
Why fate thou be unfair? What hate thou hast for me I be mere dust and bones Now crushed to death by days agone. Sadness pictured so well in words and expressions.. thank you dear poet. tony
