Ah, no more taste
For this world of
Fire and burning.
But I am able to
Know this world-
Your blessings.
I am dying, I am
Dying in this world.

I would like to translate this poem
No more fire and burning. I agree. But then the next lines, But I am able to know this world/your blessings/' suggest that the fire and burning refers not only to the pathos of our earth, but also to human desire for life and the intensity of experience that it can offer. But then, in the last lines, I am dying, I am dying in this world...suggests to me that life is a struggle. When we are born, we begin to die. The candle begins to flicker...and such intensity can not be sustained forever. I like this poem. Thanks for sharing.
