Ahead Poem by Paul Warren

Ahead

Can you see through the dust and glare
Whilst looking ahead or do you dare
A step a stagger forward you go
Just wanting something that you can show

Others call and some fall
As the world turns on one and all
And we look on in the morning time
Wondering if the day will be fine

When you stand at the crossroads
Left or right or straight ahead mode
You can stand and turn around
Looking back is allowed but future you're bound.
