Aixelsyd Poem by Pasquale DiMeola

Aixelsyd

Perhaps hanging by the toes
Downside up in the threes
Explained why I was so fond of walking
Sdrawkcab...backwards
Onto an escalator going down
Nevertheless untying knots
Was often easy enough of a task
To consummate for an over inflated ego
Ascending through mole tunnels aimlessly
Until it got to an antipodal point
Until it got to a point
Whereby pointing became obnoxious
Pointless
Like dancing to the rhythm of a woodpecker
I was in step..er..out of spet
With the rantings of the ordinary world
So like a yo-yo depending on its strings
To unwind and wind
I sighed in the wind
And went the opposite
For a spin.
