Alan's Baby Poem by Tom Allport

Alan's Baby

After a long and arduous labour
Christopher was finally born
Like all babies
He had teething problems
Slowly learning to crawl
Then with support from dad
And the rest of family
He was now ready to run
Destined to become
The greatest child of his time
Who would not only be
His Country's saviour
But would always be remembered
As Alan's wonderful baby.
