From ocean blue, a fish so white,
Alaska pollock, a healthy delight.
Firm but tender, a gentle taste,
No strong flavor, none to waste.

Low in fat, a lean, clean treat,
High in protein, it can't be beat.
With omega-3s, a special gift,
And B-12 vitamins, a healthy lift.

From chilly north, it swims so free,
A cod family member, for you and me.

Sustainably caught, the waters stay,
A very good choice for
a brighter day.

Just a few bites, a tiny cost,
Calories are low, no health is lost.
Managed with care, the rules are tight,
Eco-friendly, shining bright.

More omega-3s, a healthy prize,
On your table, before your eyes.
Wild Alaska pollock, a simple, good friend,
Healthy, tasty, till the
