All Grown Up? Poem by Jacob Coleman

All Grown Up?

Rating: 5.0

My heart leaps up when I behold
A woman in the sky.
So my insomnia began
When I was just a little man;
So confident at twelve-years-old
Love could not die.
The child is father to the man,
Oh, how I wish my days could be
Bound each to each by some firmer deity!
