All I Need Poem by Balint Nagy

All I Need

The blade of your knife
Stabbed my heart
On those lonely nights
It tore it apart

That was true love I felt
But now I'm lonely as hell
My heart's like a cold prison cell

For a good deal of time
I thought you'd only be mine
And that was your perfect crime
A love like cyanide

You were all I need
I wanted you to be only mine
To set you free
I'd have given my life

You were all I need
And I loved you so

Late night phone calls
When were both on our own
But the craving flames of my soul
Could not keep you safe home

We never made it through

You were all I need
I wanted you to be only mine
To set you free
I'd have given my life

You were all I need
I wanted you to be only mine

You were all I need
And I loved you so
