All I Need Is Love Poem by Deepthi Vincent

All I Need Is Love

Rating: 5.0

Some says it feels heavenly
For some, it’s just an illusion
Or is it a rush of emotions
That simply warms up the heart

I wonder how it feels
To be in True Love

I coaxed and cajoled my heart
Whined and sniveled for mercy
Threatened to mince it into pieces
But nothing seems to work at all

All I want from my heart
Is a feeling of True Love

I have been waiting for ages
To be with the love of my life
He will make me complete, like
Missing piece of a jigsaw puzzle

The day our souls meet each other
My heart will beat in ‘True Love’

Wings of hope, soaring to new heights
Symphony of silence, filling the void
Colors of rainbow, painting fresh desire
I float in my dreams, that seems so real
