I try to hold on,
But all you do is fall further away from me,
I’m just a reappearing memory,
One you can’t cease,
And wish wouldn’t be
But you haunt me
In the black of night
With your sweet face in my dreams
And nothing anymore is as it seems
You want me to leave and go
Go to open arms of another fellow
But I can’t let you go
Not after all this sorrow
I will fight through the pain
I want that love to be regained
Please don’t leave me in the pouring rain

Will equal any other
Compared to you

Be my friend
My lover
My puzzle piece
