All Or Nothing Poem by Lloyd Cresci

All Or Nothing

If I can't give you all of my heart,
Then I just can't give you any.
I will never ask anyone,
To be only one of the many.

It must be all or nothing,
That's just the way I am.
Even if you'd settle for less,
That'll never be my plan.

I've been less that the only one,
And that was a living Hell.
From the very day it all started,
It never did go over well.

I've cared deeply for very few,
And for all I wish them well.
I'm sorry for misunderstandings,
And for hearts that tripped and fell.
