All This Will Pass Poem by Queen Jane

All This Will Pass

Light overtakes darkness
But darkness surrounds.
Called to the light on uneven ground.
Sin and sorrow, unrest and tears.
Joy where are you? Hope where are you found?
Happiness does call and the time will come.
The flowers though wilt,
And you may seem alone,
Tired and weary and longing for home.
Hang on to your hope and don’t let it go,
The darkness won’t last and
All this will pass.
