Alone Poem by William Williams

Alone

Rating: 5.0

I know she's in pain,
But I can not turn back,
I've made too many mistakes,
And my life is off track,

My prayers are with her,
And I want her to know,
I still think of her,
Even though I can not say so.

I know she has pain,
But I see no excuse,
For searing red lines,
Or a self inflicted bruise,

But even in this case,
I'll let my silence say,
That she isn't alone,
I share in her pain.
