Alone - Poem by Dan Brown

My friends.
Where are you?
I want you.

I need you.

I want to say
Something.

When you ask what’s wrong, I say
Nothing.

When you turn away, I whisper
Everything.

ok i know your getting tired of me complimenting your poems but i mean come on you say exactly what most people are thinking and its scary as how you can take thoughts and turn them into words. I love it. (Report)Reply

    a poem to make every
    heart shudder
    the demon of dread
    rooted
    with no soul to whisper
    words of love
    sad
    effective
    hard to read,
    pain real
    a fine poem
