There are people so lonely
Caught in the constant melancholy
Traveling with permanent tears
No one can see,
They are imprinted on the heart
So many frightened people…
They may not pass tomorrow
Worrying about everything
Praying to never face another sorrow
Of course it is a part of life
To be pushed, to fall, to crumble
Beneath someone else’s throne
To notice someone so lonely
With a face so fully melancholy
A voice so monotone
A voice so sadly weary
There should be a passion in one’s heart
To fill them with so much love
They may never have to search again
For a person to trust in, a friend
There are people in the world
Who look away into the wind
They are slowly gaining that
They are losing everything
To look into their eyes
It makes one go to stone
It is heart breaking
These are people so alone
