Alone Or Not... Poem by Tyler Dee

We feel the pain as raw power
that brings great men to their knees
we no not the correct way
to go about numbing the pain
we feel alone and isolated
what is it we do? look for another
you spend weeks with another
and yet the hole shrinks none
but hurts more, you are alone or not
the hole burns and grows heavy
anything to quiet this pain
so pick up the 'antidote'
and lose yourself in the warmth
a day later the pain has returned
nothing has changed you are alone or not
call a friend tell them your pain
hope they have the equipment to fill the hole
but they dont know this pain, it burns
you are alone...
