Always A Song Poem by David MaxOptimism

Always A Song

If ever alone, abandon, in wilderness desert
enthrall by song desert's sand sing
sailing on naked rotating wind; dry, hot, stifling…
whirring across barren waterless land,

sonic wave broadcasting, song desert's sand sing,
echoing rippling tones across desert plains,

thrills the lonely speck wring from sailing
on nakedness of wind's single wisp relates leaping
beyond doorway of pilot's airplane,
belly dive the sky, sailing on parting airstream
rushing tiny tingles tickles the brain,
cascading arousal flooding spine-chillers rain,

if ever alone, abandon, in wilderness desert listening
song desert's sand sing sailing on naked wind
gamut sensation amplified... applause he maestro,

if ever alone, abandon, in wilderness waterless land
there is always a song to be heard in nature's cathedral
enthralling tiny cascading tingles…
abandon; tho alone you will not find thyself.

In song desert's sand sing, in twirling wind,
rasp the melodies of consoling kin,
fro alone you have never been; even in wilderness den
thine ears affirms symphonic lens serenade thru desert's end,
alone you have never been,
even in bleakness hum there's always a song.
