Am Here Poem by megan selepe

Am Here

Am here, yet I do not belong.
Am here, yet I fear,
Am here, yet I regret.
I have been here 4 a while,
Yet am distant, emotionless, disconnected.
Am here, yet I do not belong.

Belonging is overcoming, over-comers do not fear, yet I fear to belong.
Am here, yet am a stranger.

Trying to connect the pieces of my presence, yet the puzzle is missing.
They try to feed me with information, yet an infected data cannot absorb the information.
Am a stranger, yet am here.
