An Empty Pot Poem by Walter C. Edwards

An Empty Pot

An empty pot full of nothing,
not even air,
it will suck it in,
leaving you gasping,
don't go near it,
do not, even if you dare,
take all the life out of you,
until you are done,
and it will
still be there,
when you dead body is numb.
