An Epileptic Seizure Poem by Rachel Mary Jane Arnold

An Epileptic Seizure

Auras take their course.
Legs kick towards the ceiling,
Like a bucking horse.

Mouth pulled to one side,
Like a fish out of water,
Rocking like the tide.

Shaking on the bed,
Like a fish out of water,
Eyes rolled to the head.
