I noticed the color for the first time today
I've seen the teal hue of a wall
how streetlights strike a faded orange chord
in this heart of mine
a lemons' yellow luster
I've watched white light split into many
many different colors
and grass wave hello and goodbye
with a green sea-like sickness
the stark black nights and shimmering moon
purple Ides of March
and Autumns' red, yellow and orange
blue ice dripping
onto a white abyss
each color piecing together a puzzle
of color and vibrance
existing to give life to
everything
today i saw a color that wasn't there before
today i saw your eyes
I like the imagery you used in this one, the details you give about nature provide the twist at tht end that isn't just some nature flower poem
