I sure Denis Joe would be impressed by the philosophical depth of this witty poem about life and death and the double standards of those who profess to follow a religious life. Sadly the love of God has little to do with most devotees for whom the power over others is paramount. The irony of the position of hangman requiring a religious qualification is mind boggling.
