Anatomy Of Reason Poem by Pasquale DiMeola

Anatomy Of Reason

A handful of eyes for seeing
Perhaps will break the spell
To make you a human being
Reread the book of Kells

A lab tray of hearts for feeling
The sound of life's quaint beat
Come sorrowful times of healing
Make bread when there is wheat

A bucket of brains for thinking
When none will do what's right
Whatever chain may need linking
A pair of hands can unite.
