And The Lion Roared Poem by Brijaal Dana

And The Lion Roared

The closest thing to: Never being able to see one's true love again,

As the recent past has sat on the doorstep of 'no return',

The vast emptiness of one's true loves' ID (Freudian) lurks in the shadows of infinity! ,

If there's any breath of life left in the most meaningful relationship one may ever know...

May the head rise and breathe, breathe ferociously, breathe in unison and in utter harmony!

... Breathe like a lion! ! !

The memories of past become disturbingly painful, allowing the once happiest, to become incredibly torturous.

As the heart has been touched as never before, so too, is the scar that may have devastating implications.

......... Sitting on the fence of 'breath or death',

The utmost of Life-support is sought, to No Avail

......... 'Then, when least expected,... A spark of rejuvenation,... 'Breath of Life'....

......... AND THE LION ROARED
