Tick goes the clock
We don't seem to have time
How we are a burden
To the natures green
And the ores we used
And that seems to have all gone
Least we see what we misused
The trees we want
It's fruits we think
Were only for us?
Need to work or even the islands sink
Nature won't come at our doors to knock
Tick... Tick goes the clock
The earth we live and all we do
Is fill it with so much concrete
And now melting icebergs seems a worry
We only have more water beneath our feet..
We leave no space and don't seem to think
Last we have seen the animals flock..
Tick...Tick goes the clock..
We don't remember
How many open secrets
We silently buried in the oceans deep
We don't spare the sky
When we have our endless fly
Clouds look gloomy
And hollow seems the rock....
Tick...
Tick goes the clock
We would still want
Our plates still shine..
With flawless eats and rich broth
We didn't seem to find
How creature perish
And still we think we have a lot to cherish
We make things disappear
It may be a gull, rhino..or a hawk
Tick..
Tick...
And tick goes the clock.
