Angel In Disguise Poem by maria laura balbuena

Angel In Disguise

Rating: 5.0

There are so many stories around,
Every corner, there I found
I may not know how the story goes,
Whether it’s a happy or sad but still no body knows.

I’m very nosy how people hold them so quietly,
how they cope up and live with it so lively
there maybe time, I saw people crying,
but most of the time people I saw we’re smiling and laughing.

I remember the saying, “No man is an island, ”
which for me means we do really need a hand,
A hand that could lift us up every time we fall,
Unconditionally assist us to stand tall
And teach us how to cherish everything, after all.

Then I realized people around us are fallen angels.
Silently, help us resolve every puzzled story we carry.
A stranger, a friend, a love one and
even an enemy in sight,
are angels sent from above in disguise.

Bravo! Marian, it is beautiful piece that caught my immediate attention! Especially the title Angel- since I am always fascinated by angels and wrote a few poems about them: A MISSING ANGEL and AN ANGEL AND A VIOLIN! I love the meanings in this well penned and poignant write that clearly shows your great talent! 10+++ Keep inspiring the World with more of your thought provoking writes! God Bless You! Love and Peace for always! Romeo from New York City! ...
