Angel Of My Heart Poem by Liam Howe

Angel Of My Heart

I Was Lonely, Lost Through The Darkness
Thought That Life Was Just About Pain And Suffering
My Heart Was Consumed By The Darkness
I Would Rarther Of Died Then Have A Heart Of Pain
The Life I Was Livin, I Could'nt Keep Livin It Anymore
Untill I Saw An Angel
Her Hair As Dark As The Midnight Sky
Her Eyes As Blue As The Ocean
I Knew As Soon As I Saw Her That The Darkness Had Left My Heart
I Felt Like A New Person, Completely Changed
The Pain And Suffering I Once Felt Was Gone
Replaced It All With The Goodness And Kindness Of An Angel
My Life Is Now Worth Living
For The Peace And Tranquility Has Entered My Heart
The Darkness Will Never Consume Me Ever Again
For The Angel Will Keep Me In The Light Forever

A lovely poem from the recesses of the heart. The divine ordained function of the heart is to love, the bliss of love is like living in paradise. A lovely poem you've got here. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
