Angel's Dance

A fallen angel I wish to be,
Yet the Lord will not speak to me.
I wish to be human yet again,
But He won't give me a second chance.
And so begins the Angel's Dance.

An Angel's Dance is very sad,
The sorrow makes you far from glad.
I dance until my toes bleed from the pain.
The Lord, oh so cruelly, says I'm insane.
But He won't give me a second chance.
And so begins the Angel's Dance.

Alas, I get a second chance.
But will it end the Angel's Dance?

I fall through the air.
But will I dare?
The Angel world is cruel.
How will the human world be?
The Lord has given me a second chance.
But shall it end the Angel's dance?

Its good for being 12, I've been writing from a young age too, my one word of advice would be to not try to write like your older than you are. The one great thing about being a young writer is that you can write about you, and it can still be amazing. There are enough sad poems in the world, write something brilliant and young and you!
