Angels Exist Poem by Victoria Gauci

Angels Exist

See a little flicker

out of the corner of your eye...

that's it...

just a little flash of light,

that's really nothing

but it caught your attention.

That's an Angel...

watching over you.

You know those motions...

against your skin,

like a brush of wind?

That's an Angel touching you.

You know when you look

over your shoulder...

because someone said your name?

No one is there.

But you heard a sound,

so soft and clear,

that you know you heard

it with your ear.

That's an Angel's breath.

How 'bout the times,

when you see a vision,

in your mind's eye,

plain as day,

of a person you're missing,

in so many ways.

That's your Angel.

Holding your hand,

and loving you,

every minute of every day.
