Another Chance To Scream - Poem by Stephen Martin II

Another chance to scream.
To pull out every hair.
To read another poem.
Lock pick poetic layers.

Another fall apart.
Embrace each word mispelled.
Change the pace of time.
Jump to say you fell.

Please don't try to read.
You won't get what Im saying.
Take the time you wasted.
Stand out in the rain.

I don't quite understand.
Why i still choose to write.
Why you still come to read.
These words have all been said.

They've been said misspoke misspelled reworked rewrote and reread.

I'm done.
