I saw you in my dream
then I lost you,
now I want to scream
big dark, beautiful eyes
that shine,
in the night
all I want to do,
lose myself,
into the darkness
of them
I met you the other day,
then you walked away
left me all alone in complete disarray
I miss your sweet magical
voice,
that rings,
the strings,
of my heart
I want to sit by you,
in a bar,
in a cafe,
listen to you,
talk to you,
all day,
all night,
all my life
will it ever happen?
will I ever succeed?
will my craziness prevail?
don’t know,
and may never know.
