Another Man Poem by Anton Raes

Another Man

When the stars come out
And The light falls

Theirs another place out there
Where the suns out
And the night crawls

Its the same sense
In the sense of life
You see

When
another man lives
Another man dies

When
Another mans smiles
another man cries

Another mans loss
Is another mans prize

Another mans leisure
Is another mans gain

Another mans pleasure
Is another mans pain

Another mans fen
Is another man clean

Another mans life
Is another mans dream

Another mans silence
Is another mans scream

You see life ain't always what it seem's

That's why I cant look 2 the past 2 often
Cause ever since the last,
every single slight glance
had me falling more than less often
In a slight trance
that had a strong hold around me

So I started living for a better tomorrow
Praying for a better future
trying 2
Make every good moment last For me

But still I couldn't help but say Loudly

Do I really have to live out this way
In this mad city?

Does the future actually really even live for me?

And If I was 2 die
Would those angels really ever come for me?

And in that passing would anyone actually even really cry for me?

See that's the only real type of pain that ever really gets to me

But I can't be shedding no tears
For those tomorrows or this harsh reality

No I can't be accepting lost years, sorrows or a self destroying self pity

So please find the strength and courage
That You gave me
Mama

Because if it wasn't for u I wouldn't of even be here
Mama

So stay strong stay blessed
& don't you ever cry for me Mama

I Won't slip
Ill get a grip
I won't stall
Its just another push Mama
I won't fall...
