I walked around the room
My life in despair
Wonder if this was me
Or just nature’s gloom

My unattractiveness
Caused by my insecurities
My curiosity
Caused by my naivety and piety

Yet another one
Slip
Another night alone
Still

Yet another year
Gone
Another liar
Lost
