Anticipated love Poem by Aditya Singh

Anticipated love

Rating: 1.0

standing lonely on a barren land
with heavy heart and heavy head
my vapid breath and darkness around
i craved for the longing to be free.

I heard the inscets mocking me
and trembled when the stoarm roared
the beresk branches in thousand were redy to dine on me

shivering uder the open sky
i looked up to the pearl which lit the ebony sky, which sent me a message through the whistling winds.

the message of a stranger whom
i'll recognise,
who will extricate me from the wilderness and submerge me in his soul.
And then appeared he enamoured with me and took me by my trembling hand,
into a moment of deep bonding.

I know not the spell in his warmth that tamed the thunder in my heart
when his enigmatic fingers detangled my locks.

I drank the elixir in his arms that ameliorated my beauty and effaced my distress.
and then came cupid (sun) driving
away the gloomand showered his blessing on our eternal bond.
