Anticipating Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Anticipating

Rating: 5.0

So sweet, but there is no rush.
Go whisper, what would make me blush
charming with a tender touch
Give a little not too much
I know you have been anticipating
For tomorrow... Anticipating
For tomorrow.
And when it comes,
you won't want it to end
And when it comes,
you just want to feel the rush
of a new day taking you over again.
It all starts here, mind gone to where
You want it to be
Sights set on the next day
It all starts here.
So sweet, no warmth will wane
Most would think you are insane
You won't let me get away
Until my heart you have obtained
