Anxiety.
My heart is pounding,
I can't breath.
Anxiety.
My thoughts are screaming,
I can barely speak.
Anxiety.
My palms start to sweat as my feet turn purple from poor circulation
My hands start to shake as the heartbeat in my ear becomes louder and louder.
All I can think is God somebody! Anybody!
Please.
Make this go away.
Please stop this pain in my head. In my heart!
Please. Somebody. Anybody.
I take a deep breath.
Breath, I whisper...
Its only Anxiety.
