Anxiety And Depression Poem by Theresa Short

Anxiety And Depression

Anxiety fills my head,
Depression fills my heart,
How can I go to bed,
If I am falling apart,
I am cursed from these demons inside,
I can't say another lie,
I want to hide,
From people seeing the tears I cry,
I have scars no one can see,
I have thoughts no one can read,
Those scars will forever be,
No one sees what I need,
Can you hear me scream?
Can you see the blood,
Do you know what i mean?
Im in a flood,
The demons are over powering me,
The bloods too deep,
Please can anyone see?
I am too broken to keep,
To complicated to love,
To hard to learn from,
I should just fly with the doves,
And live like a bum.

You have given us a great insight to a difficult condition. We do hear so many good results so please stay strong. So easy for me to say..focus on something you LOVE I would highly recommend a Kinesiologist. Thank you Theresa. Would love to hear how you are getting on.
