The fiery soul of the sun
sank... his flaming trail
visible as he crashed
into the sea.. soon only his
dying embers could be seen..
and they too slowly disappeared,
drowning in the water. It seemed
through the dark night that the
sea had won. Yet at the darkest
time.. suddenly....
a pink band appeared
where sky meets sea
And then... soft beams of rising..
until His resurrected form
... appeared on the horizon.
