Appreciating Womanhood



A day of birth
For a woman
Is something to dread or be happy for
In my imagination
I think it will be terrifying
It will also be amazing
I wish I could know the feeling
Alas! I am no woman
But I know the feeling
Of being alive
And thank womanhood for that.
