Archangels Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Archangels

look in a mirror
through the eyes of your angel
and unleash your name

above this cruel world
raise the highest echelons
among archangels

now render your flesh
find, the guardian IAM
in your given life

though your body aches
your luminous halo makes
that angel standing

soaring as I rise
at such heights, my light projects
deep into your minds

incandescence lets
in the heaven's gloried hosts
through my body's glow
