I've always wanted to learn,
Archery, or knife throwing,
Not because they're badass,
But because they give me control.
Control to do good or bad,
Lay in the palm of my hand,
I've always wanted to learn these,
So I have some control over what I do.
Then camp went and handed me,
A bow and arrow,
And they told me,
To go and shoot the popular girls,
As if I'm gonna argue.
They gave me the chance,
To avenge my friends,
From their bullies,
I didn't miss once.
I became Katniss Everdeen.
Don't mess with me.
