That self obsessed people are not of the few
Is not saying anything that is in any way new
Quite narcissistic in their own self absorbed way
Walking in the park one sees them every day
Some of them in pairs and some of them alone
Taking selfies or texting or talking on their mobile phone
In the age of technology narcissism is rife
Self obsession it has become a way of life
Those with an extreme love of self would you not agree
Are not or will never be an asset to humanity
In a World where millions of people live in dire poverty
We need more people of love, kindness, compassion and empathy
Those who live for self only are selfish indeed
And of more of their sort the Human World is not in need.
