Are you happy or are you just making it up,
Telling people to shut up,
And mind their business?
Are you being real with yourself,
Or are you keeping it on a shelf;
All the reality you have going on in your life?
All of the issues that you keep,
Making it so you can't get any sleep,
You know you're lying to your soul,
When you lie to that face you see,
In the mirror every day,
You can say it's an illness,
And you let it take you down,
Or you can move it out of the way,
So your head comes around,
Everyone has problems that they can't handle,
All of us have experienced scandal,
I may not always know what to do,
I don't pretend to be smarter than you.
