Arrow Of Light Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Arrow Of Light

Arrow of light, red, white
Speed, speed through; the sounds
Echo and re-echo; high above
There be caves and coves
As below. These are phenomena
Of this night, fear not, nor your
Face turn gaunt and white.
The sirens clarify and scream.
And the Port waters on their
Bellies bear thousands of fire
Isles; the vermouth of the sea.

From
Sound
To
Sound
Echo
To
Echo
Echoing
Hear
Hear
I
Will
Explain
You
See
Me weird

Arrow of light, red, white
Speed, speed through; the sounds
Echo and re-echo; high above
There be caves and coves
As below. These are phenomena
Of this night, fear not, nor your
Face turn gaunt and white.
The sirens clarify and scream.
And the Port waters on their
Bellies bear thousands of fire
Isles; the vermouth of the sea.
